Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) are assigned the number Udyog Aadhar, which is a unique identification number (MSME). It is issued by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. Udyog Aadhar’s registration, on the other hand, has recently changed to Udyam. To obtain a Udyam certificate, the new MSME must register with the Udyam Registration Portal as soon as possible.

All companies registered with Udyog Aadhar must re-register on the Udyam registration portal. Companies that apply to Udyog Adhar before 30 June, valid registers until 31 December 2021, MSMEsĀ  Aadhar certificates in the previous UYAM portal.

The registration procedure is as follows:

  • The new MSME should go to the portal’s home page and select “For new entrepreneurs not registered as MSME” and then fill out the online registration form. Entrepreneurs can choose whether or not to register their companies under the PAN number. Before completing the form, they must provide all details on the PAN card for verification, including personal, business and financial data.
  • After submitting the form, a MSME successful registration message will be displayed along with a reference number. After verifying the registration, MSME will receive a Udyam registration certificate within a few days.
  • MSME registrants for Udyog Aadhar should go to the portal page and click on the “For those who have registered as EM-II or UAM” or “For those who have registered as EM-II or UAM through assisted submission” button. They must complete the registration data after which they are registered under the new Udyam registration.

Who can get a card to Udhar Aadhar?

Almost all companies in India, including cooperation, partnership, productive companies and other companies, and if it will apply to the Udyog Aadhar card and register as Micro Small and Central Society.
